Dec09 Turkey looks to import 100,000 T rice in 2010
   ANKARA, Dec 31 (Reuters) - Turkey's government has authorised state grain office TMO to import up to 100,000 tonnes rice in 2010, the Official Gazette on Thursday.
   Sharp increases in prices caused the government problems in the past though rice, unlike wheat, is not a staple of Turkish cuisine.
